Alison Jones
Massage Therapist, Shiatsu Practitioner, Bowen Technique
Alison is an experienced bodyworker with over 15 years of hands-on practice, offering a thoughtful blend of Eastern and Western therapeutic approaches to support health, movement and wellbeing.
Originally trained in holistic, Swedish and deep tissue massage, Alison later developed a strong interest in Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This broadened her understanding of how physical tension, energy flow and lifestyle factors can influence the body, leading to a more holistic approach to treatment.
Alongside Shiatsu, Alison is also trained in Bowen Technique, giving her a gentle yet effective option for clients who may prefer a lighter treatment style or who are experiencing more sensitive or complex conditions.
Alison’s treatments are calm, intuitive and tailored to the individual, whether the focus is pain relief, stress reduction, restoring balance or simply creating space to reset.
