Treatments and therapies

These therapies can help with back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, vertigo, sports injuries, joint stiffness, post operative surgery, scaring and mobility issues. They are highly effective for treating long-term pain and managing conditions such as arthritis and disc problems.

Treatment often includes hands-on techniques, posture advice, and exercise guidance for lasting results.

Osteopathy treatments
Chiropractic care
Physiotherapy rehabilitation

All three focus on improving movement and reducing pain.

Osteopathy and chiropractic care take a holistic, whole-body approach, while physiotherapy focuses on exercise-based rehabilitation and strength.

Our practitioners always tailor treatment to your individual health, lifestyle and goals.

This depends on your condition and goals. Some clients feel improvement after 1–2 sessions, while others benefit from a short treatment plan, or ongoing maintainance. Your practitioner will advise you after your consultation and first visit.

Yes. Our podiatrists, physiotherapists, and osteopaths regularly treat foot and ankle pain, including plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis, using a combination of targeted stretching, manipulation, and orthotic advice. Please note that some conditions, like planter fasciitis can be complex and success depends on the actual cause. As with all modalities, a full case history will determine this.

Our osteopaths and chiropractors are experienced in addressing issues related to the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and common tension headaches.

Treatment aims to release tension in the neck, jaw and cranial areas to reduce pain and frequency.

We provide comprehensive rehabilitation for frozen shoulder. Our physiotherapists and osteopaths will create a tailored programme combining hands-on therapy, pain management, and specific exercises to help restore your range of motion.

Massage, Reflexology & Acupuncture

You’re welcome to choose the type of massage you prefer, and your therapist will take time to understand your needs before suggesting the most suitable approach, whether you’re looking for pain relief, relaxation or sports recovery.
