Reiki 1 Workshop  

Julie Forbes would like to invite you to join our Reiki One workshop.

Over the two days you will learn this gentle but powerful form of healing.  The course opens you up to receiving Reiki and once this channel is open it stays with you for the rest of your life.

The main focus of the Reiki 1 course is healing the self but we'll also cover how to give healing to family and friends. 

The Course includes:

-   The story of Reiki

-  The human energy field

-  Grounding and meditation

-  Attunements

-  Hand Posititons - self and others

At the end of the two days you'll receive a recognised certificate and a Reiki 1 Manual and will be able to treat  yourself, family and friends
